You must sort recyclables and trash we will remove at no charge

PA state tax of 6% and Tioga County room excise tax of 3% must be added to your reservation fee

No smoking is allowed inside the cottages. Smoking is allowed outside only

Well behaved pets are allowed in all of the rentals

In the case of large events (wedding, reunion) a venue fee may be added

Each house has:

•  Indoor plumbing, full bathrooms.
• Heating and air condition for winter and summer stays.
• Linens and towels. The beds are made when you arrive.
• Dishes and kitchen utensils.
• Major kitchen appliances; oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave.
• Gas grill
• Fire pit
• Washer and dryer
